Subject	Recommended Oil weight in winter/summer for a na?

Message	I know the car calls for 10-30 or 10-40 but I also see people run 20-50 and high oil weights like that. I want to know what would be the best oil weight used in a na for winter and summer. Motor has about 120k on it. Also I live in NY if that makes a difference. Thanks
